Dr. Tom Luzinski Ph.D. is a retired Mequon Police Officer and a retired Criminologist and former Director of the Marian University Criminal Justice Program. He still serves as an adjunct professor in the adult education programs, i.e. Criminal Justice and the MS in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Luzinski is the Chair of Ozaukee County's Crisis Intervention Team Training Program. Lastly, Dr. Tom serves as the Webmaster of this NAMI Ozaukee site.
